Pathe Tuschinski

Yesterday we went to the movie theatre Pathe Tuschinski to watch The Kite Runner. Unfortunately I did not bring my camera, which I am definitely doing the next time we go to the movies. The Tuschinski is the oldest movie theatre in Amsterdam, and it’s amazingly beautiful!
According to Wikipedia Tuschinski owes its beauty to a lot of different architectural styles, including Amsterdam School, Jugendstil, Art Nouveau and Art Deco. I’ve borrowed a couple of pictures from Wikipedia just to give you an impression, hopefully I will post my own pictures of Tuschinski soon 
(And by the way; The Kite Runner was a very sad but very good movie, I highly recommend it.)
